Dr Hetal Shah is a highly enthusiastic and determined doctor who enjoys challenges. She is passionate about patient-centered care with focus on human factors and service improvements. Through the UK Foundation programme and GP training programme, Dr Hetal nurtured skills such as recognizing and managing acutely unwell patients, anticipating and knowing when to intervene, team working, time management, communication skills, ability to make decisions and to think logically under pressure as well as managing chronic conditions that require a multidisciplinary approach.
