Job Summary
The Customer Care Officer plays a key role in delivering excellent front-office service, ensuring all patients and visitors are well received and supported through efficient registration, appointment handling, and documentation in line with established protocols.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome patients warmly
  • Register patients and assist with necessary forms and documentation
  • Ensure accuracy of patient and billing information
  • Inform patients about medical office procedures and policies
  • Maintain and manage patient records
  • Guide patients through scheduled appointments
  • Answer and transfer incoming calls professionally
  • Schedule appointments and collect payments/co-pays
  • Obtain medical reports as needed by clinicians
  • Prepare and manage correspondence and reports (insurance feedback forms, etc.)
  • Maintain a neat, clean, and professional reception area
  • Ensure adequate stock of front-office supplies and forms
  • Safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality
  • Handle all additional clerical and administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications & Experience (Minimum requirements preferred)

  • Education: Diploma in Front Office Management or a related field
  • Experience: 1–3 years of front-office or customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
