Position: Senior Dentist
Location: Ruiru, Kenya
Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality dental care and lead the dental team at the Ruiru branch.
• Diagnose and treat dental issues, perform routine check-ups, and manage/oversee complex dental procedures.
• Oversee patient care plans and ensure adherence to best practices and safety protocols.
• Mentor and supervise junior dentists and dental assistants.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain up-to-date patient records and manage appointments effectively.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Dentistry from a recognized institution.
• Valid dental practice license in Kenya.
• Minimum of 7 years of clinical experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role. Proficiency in advanced dental procedures and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management.
